  • How can I create a Cabify account?

    Easy, you can create your account from our apps (Android or iOS) or from our web page.

    In the apps:

    • Just click 'Register' as soon you open the app and fill in your details.

    On the web:

    • Go to [sign up form(]https://cabify.com/signup) and fill in your details.
  • What personal information do I have to provide?

    We need your full name, phone number and email so we can contact you if needed for your journeys.

  • How can I update my personal info?

    In the apps:

    1. Log in if you are not already logged in.
    2. Click the menu button.
    3. Click the yellow pencil button at the right top.
    4. Change your data.
    5. Click 'Save'.

    On the web:

    1. Log in. 2. Click the 'Account' button, then click 'Profile'. 3. Change your data and save.

  • Can I use my corporate and personal account at the same time?

    Yes, we have designed our apps for switching between accounts easily so you can use the account you need each time. With this feature payments and billing will be issued

    In the apps:

    1. Open the menu and press the arrow below your photo
    2. Press 'Add account' or '+'
    3. Fill in email and password for the account you want to add (you must have created it before)

    On the web, you can log in and log out with the account you need each time.

  • How can I add a payment method?

    In the apps:

    1. Log in if you are not already logged in.
    2. Click the menu button.
    3. Click the option 'Payment details', then 'ADD' button.
    4. Select the payment method. If you have got a Chilenean card and you want to be billed in Chilenean Pesos, you should add your card via Transbank. Otherwise, select any of the others opciones (Credit card/Paypal).
    5. Fill in the requested information and finish the process.

    In the web:

    1. Log in.
    2. Click the 'Account' button, then 'Payment details'.
    3. Select the payment method. If you have got a Chilenean card and you want to be billed in Chilenean Pesos, you should add your card via Transbank. Otherwise, select any of the others opciones (Credit card/Paypal).
    4. Fill in the requested information and finish the process.

    Now you can order a Cabify or share your payment method with other users (family, friends, ...) in your account.

  • Can I get Cabify credit for my journeys?

    Yes, it is pretty easy to have free journeys with Cabify. Invite your friends to use Cabify and both will get Cabify credit.

    In the apps:

    1. Log in if you are not already logged in
    2. Click the menu button
    3. Click the option 'Ride for free'
    4. Send invitations to your friends via facebook, twitter, whatsapp or email.
    5. Your friends will get $5.000 for their first journey in Cabify
    6. After the first time your friend uses Cabify, you will get $5.000 for your next journey in Cabify

    On the web:

    1. Log in
    2. Click the 'Invitations' button.
    3. Send invitations to your friends via facebook, twitter or email.
    4. Your friends will get $5.000 for their first journey in Cabify
    5. After the first time your friend uses Cabify, you will get $5.000 for your next journey in Cabify
  • How can I view my previous journeys?

    In the apps:

    1. Log in if you are not already logged in.
    2. Click the menu button and press 'Previous journeys'.
    3. You can check the details for the journeys in the list and download the receipt.

    On the web:

    1. Log in.
    2. Click the 'Account' button, then 'Journeys'.
    3. You can check the details for the journeys and download an excel spreadsheet with all the information.
  • Can I check my balance and my payments?

    You can review all of your previous transactions with Cabify. If you like, you can also download your receipts.

    On the web:

    1. Log in.
    2. Click 'Account', then 'Balance'.
    3. Now, you can check all your payments and receipts.
  • I've got a discount, how can I use it?

    In the apps:

    1. Log in if you are not already logged in.
    2. Click the menu button and press 'Promotions'.
    3. Press 'Add', introduce your discount code and press 'Add' again.
    4. The discount will be added to your account and will be used for your next journey .

    On the web:

    1. Log in.
    2. Click the 'Account' button, then 'Discount codes'.
    3. Enter your discount and click 'Validate discount' button.
    4. The discount will be added to your account and will be used for your next journey.
  • How can I check my active discounts?

    In the apps:

    1. Log in if you are not already logged in.
    2. Click the menu button and press 'Promotions'.
    3. You can check your Cabify credit and your % discounts.

    On the web:

    1. Log in.
    2. Click the 'Account' button, then 'Discount codes'.
    3. You can check your Cabify credit and your % discounts.

    In your next journey, we'll first discount your Cabify credit, then apply any percentage discounts you might have afterwards.

  • Can I add more people to my account?

    Yes, you can. This is really useful if you want to pay the bill for your children or any other family member.

    1. Log in.
    2. Click in the 'Account' button and scroll down and click 'Users'.
    3. Click the 'New User' button, fill in the new user information and click 'Save'.

    If you want to pay the bill for this new user, go to 'Payment details' section, click 'Edit', choose 'share with company' and click 'Save'. If the new user does not enter a payment method you will pay the journeys with the shared card.

  • I forget my password, What do I have to do?

    Please, click here, enter your email address and follow the instructions. If you are using the app, click 'Login', then 'Forgot password' and enter your email address to get a new password.
